We handcraft your dog's name into the collar using premium, optical-conduction material. When you turn on the LED lights, the nameplate beautifully transmits the glow, making the letters bright, crisp, and highly visible!
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Our standard collars (Classic, Mini, Adventure Pro) run for approximately 8 hours of continuous glow on a single charge. The Luna Rainbow collar is built with an extended battery that lasts up to 12+ hours. A micro-USB/USB-C charging cable is included with every collar!
Are GlowDogz collars weather-proof and water-resistant?
Yes, all GlowDogz collars are designed for weather-proof durability. They withstand heavy rain, muddy runs, snow, and splashing. However, they are not designed for deep swimming, so we recommend taking them off before your dog goes for a swim.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because every collar is personalized with your dog's name, we cannot accept returns for spelling typos or incorrect sizes selected. Please measure your dog's neck carefully and check our size guides before ordering! However, if your order is damaged or has spelling errors on our part, we will craft and ship a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
