At GlowDogz.com, every custom LED dog collar is handcrafted to order. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, durable, and highly visible gear for your dog's safety and style.
Production & Processing Time
Because each collar is custom-made and personalized with your dog's name, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is shipped. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($4.99, or free on orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.99)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been crafted and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, and Europe. Shipping times for international orders typically range from 10 to 21 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because we process custom orders quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once production has started. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
