2. Personalization & Accuracy
When placing an order, you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customization parameters, including the custom text/dog's name, size, and LED light color. We produce collars exactly as ordered and are not responsible for any input errors made by the customer.
3. Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or option without notice.
4. Product Care & Disclaimers
Our LED dog collars are safety and visibility aids, perfect for nighttime walks, camping, and visibility. While built with durable materials, they are not designed to withstand heavy chewing, extreme tension, or collar-pulling training. We recommend using our LED collars alongside your dog's regular collar or harness when walking dogs that pull heavily.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GlowDogz.com, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, including collar misuse or wear and tear.
