Return & Refund Policy
At GlowDogz.com, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our custom LED dog collars. Because each item is personalized specifically for your dog, we have a clear return policy designed to be fair to our customers and our workshop.
Customized / Personalized Orders
Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Spelling errors or typos made by the customer when entering the custom text.
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please consult our size charts on each product page carefully before placing your order.
- Color preferences or general change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We strive for absolute perfection. If your order arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from the options you selected (e.g., wrong spelling by us, wrong size, or wrong color), we will make it right immediately!
To request a replacement or refund for a defective item:
- Contact us at support@glowdogz.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order details (the email used to order, custom name) and a clear photo of the issue or defect.
Once verified, we will craft and ship a replacement to you free of charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Since production on personalized collars begins quickly, order cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once manufacturing has started, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
